FEW COMPANIES.
ONE SHARED INTELLIGENCE.
RUN LIKE A FAMILY.
Wolfpack Holdings is how a handful of companies get owned and operated together. One of them is live and earning. Two are being built. Each draws on the same capital, the same Jarvis AI and decision-intelligence layer, and the same shared platform — and each is expected to stand on its own.
MOST SMALL COMPANIES REBUILD THE SAME THINGS.
Every new company starts by rebuilding the parts that have nothing to do with why it exists. Billing. Contracts. A website. A CRM. Security. Somebody’s inbox becoming the system of record. That rebuild costs the first year, and it costs it every time.
Wolfpack Holdings exists so that work gets done once. The parent carries capital, Jarvis — the shared AI and decision-intelligence layer — and the platform it runs on. The companies carry the actual business — the customers, the product, the judgment calls that only someone inside that market can make.
What gets built to solve one company’s real problem does not stay internal. It gets packaged and sold to the next one. That is the whole thesis of Wolfpack One: the same intelligence layer and platform that runs WolfpackFront Consulting, offered as subscribable software to industries that need it — mortgage first.
The point is not to assemble a portfolio. It is to own a small number of companies long enough that compounding does the work. Nothing here is built to be sold. That single constraint changes what gets started, what gets funded, and what gets shut down.
This is an honest picture of a group in an early shape: one company operating, two in development. The map below is the whole structure. There is not a second, more impressive version of it.
WHAT THE PARENT SUPPLIES. WHO RECEIVES IT.
Three things move from Wolfpack Holdings to every company in the group: capital, Jarvis, and the shared platform. They are pooled, so no company gets a bespoke version of the parent. Solid lines are live today. Dashed lines are committed to companies still being built.
WOLFPACK HOLDINGS SUPPLIES CAPITAL, JARVIS, AND A SHARED PLATFORM. 1 COMPANY IS OPERATING. 2 ARE BEING BUILT.
- Supply
- Wolfpack Holdings supplies three things to the companies in the group: capital, Jarvis (the shared AI and decision-intelligence layer), and a shared platform. These are pooled into one shared supply, not tailored per company.
- WolfpackFront Consulting
- WolfpackFront Consulting — Technology & Consulting — is operating today and drawing on the full shared supply.
- Wolfpack One
- Wolfpack One — Vertical SaaS · Mortgage Intelligence — is being built. A team-scoped workspace for every borrower and loan, plus a daily brief instead of a status meeting — the first pack built on the platform and Jarvis layer WolfpackFront runs on. Not yet live.
- Wolfpack Resell
- Wolfpack Resell — Asset Recovery & Resale — is being built. A manifest goes in — a max bid, a per-condition recovery forecast, and a sell-through plan come out before a dollar moves. Not yet live.
THREE COMPANIES.
ONE STANDARD.
The flagship. Where Jarvis gets proven before it goes anywhere else.
Finds the operational pain inside a business, fixes it, and stays on to run the fix. Every dollar the group earns today runs through here.
Ask a loan processor where their day actually goes. This is where it goes now.
A team-scoped workspace for every borrower and loan, plus a daily brief instead of a status meeting — the first pack built on the platform and Jarvis layer WolfpackFront runs on.
NOT YET LIVE. NOTHING TO SIGN UP FOR.
Buying a pallet of returns is a bet. This turns it into math.
A manifest goes in — a max bid, a per-condition recovery forecast, and a sell-through plan come out before a dollar moves.
NOT YET LIVE. NOTHING TO SIGN UP FOR.
SEVEN RULES EVERY COMPANY IN THE GROUP RUNS BY.
These are not aspirations. They are the conditions a company has to meet to stay in the group.
WHAT A COMPANY GETS ON DAY ONE.
A new company inside the group does not start from zero. It starts with the systems the group has already built and paid for, which means it can spend its first year on customers instead of on plumbing.
- Jarvis — AI & decision intelligence
- Built once inside WolfpackFront Consulting to run the business. Now the core of what gets sold as Wolfpack One.
- Protection & operational assurance
- Two separate products point at this today: Guardian, a consumer-facing protection experience (alpha, flag-gated, running on labeled sample data), and Shadow AI Intelligence, a code-complete enterprise discovery and governance system with 200+ tests that has never made a live API call. Both flag-gated off — no live deployment yet.
- Shared engineering platform
- One codebase, one deployment pipeline, one set of security and access controls — the same platform every company and every industry pack runs on.
- CRM & relationship intelligence
- One system where relationships, outreach, and follow-up live, already built and already running.
- Industry-pack SaaS model
- Capability built to solve one company’s real problem gets packaged and sold to the next — mortgage first, more industries after it.
- Finance and administration
- Billing, contracts, records, and reporting handled with one process instead of three improvised ones.
- Security and access governance
- Identity, permissions, and data separation designed in from the first day, not retrofitted after the first incident.
- Playbooks
- What has already worked and what has already failed, written down, so the same lesson is not paid for twice.
ONE OWNER.
NO COMMITTEE.
Wolfpack Holdings is run by Donald Grieb, an owner-operator building a small group of durable companies. He works inside the companies rather than above them, which is why the group stays small and why the operating standard above is enforceable. Direction and capital decisions are made in one place, by one person, in writing.
TWO DOORS. PICK THE RIGHT ONE.
Wolfpack Holdings does not sell services. The companies do. Routing your message correctly gets you a faster answer.
YOU NEED WORK DONE
Consulting, technology, and operational work is delivered by WolfpackFront Consulting, not by Holdings. It is the company that has people, a process, and availability. Start there and you will be talking to the operator on the first call.
